When and How to send your completed Application Form:

Dy. Director (Tech.), National Institute for the Orthopaedically Handicapped, BT. Road. Bon-Hoogly, Calcutta-700 090(W.B.), by registered Post.

 

Last Date for JEE Application
The last date for the receipt of complete application is 30th May 2000.

Cross (X) against the document enclosed with the application form:

  • Fill up the columns.
  • Completed application form with photograph duly attested by competent authority.
  • Completed acknowledgement card.
  • Completed admit card with identical passport size photograph pasted in the space provided.
  • Envelop supplied is duly self-addressed for receiving admit card.
  • Certificate if belongs to SC/ST/PH categories as applicable should be attached.
  • School leaving certificate for date of birth (10th class).
  • Certificate of 10+2 examination or equivalent.
  • Detailed marks sheet for 10+2 examination or equivalent.
  • Character Certificate.
  • Appearing (10+2) certificate.
  • Certificate that the gap for leaving school / college & regular study is not more than three years as on 30.7.2000 (Self Certification).
  • Two envelopes should be attached.
  • Draft of Rs.250 for General, Rs.200 for SC/ST/PH should be accompanied.

     

Note: Candidate has to abide the Calcutta University rules.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

  1. The candidate is advised to ensure correctness of his/her mailing address for correspondence with PIN CODE.

  2. Incomplete Application is liable to be rejected.

  3. Each candidate should  submit only one application for JEE, N.I.O.H., Calcutta.

  4. Application can be submitted in person to the office of JEE counter, NIOH, B.T. Road, Bon-Hoogly, Calcutta - 700 090. Alternatively it must be sent by registered post to reach on or before the closing date.
